    What should I look for in a cleaning company?
    Hiring a cleaning person/company is one of the biggest steps you can take in protecting your property investment. Anyone can gather some cleaner and a vacuum and call themselves a cleaner. However, only a professional will be able to provide you with proof of their bond and insurance. Also, we recommend that you work only with those cleaners who take the time to learn and study the proper cleaning techniques for today’s modern surfaces. A novice cleaning person can cause damage to your property by using the wrong chemicals and cleaning techniques

    Do you offer any discount programs?
    We have a referral program that rewards you with $100 cash off of one of your routine cleanings for each referral that turns into a routine job for us. We offer other specials throughout the year; please check with us from time to time to see what specials are available.

    Why don't you give estimates over the phone?
    We have found that 2 homes of the exact same size and floor plan can vary in the time needed to clean. We do not believe in “cookie cutter” programs. Each home is as unique as the people who live in them.

    I have allergies or concern about our environment, what can you do for me?
    We use products that are safe for the environment. We also customize cleanings to take into account any allergies and sensitivities. Let us know what your specific allergy needs are ahead of time please.

    Do I have to do anything before you come to clean my home?
    It is advantageous to have the home picked up as much as possible. Doing so allows us the ability to get to all areas for optimal cleaning. If we have to spend time picking items up and putting them in their place prior to cleaning then we won't have as much time to actually do the cleaning you are paying us to do.

    Are you insured?
    Yes, we are fully insured for your protection and peace of mind. We can provide proof of insurance once our cleaning estimate has been approved for us to proceed with cleaning. Our certificates are also available directly from our insurance company upon request.

    Why do you furnish all of the equipment and supplies?
    We provide the equipment and supplies for several reasons. All personnel are trained in the use of each chemical and piece of equipment. Knowing what we are working with allows us to safely clean all surfaces in your home or office.

    How do you handle keys that are given to you to retain?
    We engrave a number on each key. We never label a key with name, address or phone number. The keys are stored in the office safe and assigned on the day of service and checked back in at the end of the day. We conduct a key audit each night to ensure all keys are safely in place.

    Do I have to be home when you clean?
    No, you do not have to be home. In fact the majority of our clients provide us with keys to their homes. However if you choose to be home while we clean, we welcome you to do so. We understand that you may prefer to get to know us prior to us cleaning in your home alone.

    Enid's Cleaning Service covers the following counties: Fulton, Cass, Pulaski and Marshall counties. ECS Carpet Care covers the following counties: Fulton, Cass, Pulaski, Marshall, Miami, Kosciusko, Wabash and Starke counties.
